Recipe of cod tripe with mushrooms

Ingredients (2 people):

  • 200 g of cod tripe
  • 2 potatoes
  • 100 g of varied mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 glass of sherry
  • Water
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • fresh oregano
  • parsley

Preparation of the recipe for cod tripe with mushrooms:

Pass the cod tripe through water to clean them and remove the black cloth they may have over them. Hide them in a pan with water and salt and accompany with a branch of fresh oregano.

Get to infuse the Oil in a pan with a chilli pepper and rolled garlic. Add the mushrooms, sprinkle with pepper and sauté everything well. Enter the corns to the tart, mTry a little fish stock and cut them. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes.

Peel the potato, cut it into cubes and fry it in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add the chips to the pan and remove it. Chop the parsley, add it and cover for a few seconds. Water with chamomile, wet with a little extra virgin olive oil and serve the cod tripe with mushrooms.
