Easy and rich rice with vegetables

Ingredients for making vegetable rice (about 4 servings):

  • 4 artichokes.
  • 250 gr green beans.
  • 2 cloves of dried garlic.
  • 1 onion.
  • 200 gr cooked and drained garrofón.
  • 1 tablet of chicken broth concentrate.
  • 4 glasses of pumpkin wine.
  • 1 liter of broth (chicken or vegetables, to taste). I have used chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon dye
  • Oil and salt.

Preparation, how to make rice with vegetables:

  1. Cover the oil pan and fry a couple of teeth Garlic in sheets, and reserve.
  2. Cut and wash the artichokes in quarters, sauté them in the pan until they catch a little color, and set aside. and the beans in bite pieces.
  3. Cut the green beans in strips and saute until they take color. Reserve with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cut the onion Fine, saute and set aside.
  5. Throw the rice in that oil and give it a few turns until it gets a little color.
  6. Pour the vegetables in the pan with the rice, and add the broth, taking fire to the fullest.
  7. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and add a little Salt, Colorant and the concentrated chicken broth shredded From here it will be ready in about 20 minutes. Move the pan a little from time to time so that it does not stick to the bottom.
  8. Wash the garrofón, and add it when there are 5 minutes left before it is done.
  9. Try the rice, and if it is still very hard, add a little more broth.
  10. Let rest 5 or 10 minutes until the broth is consumed.

Serve and taste:

Serve it immediately, let it be very hot and smoking. At the table, many accompany him with bread, or with some lemon droplets... I love it with both of them, and it is a scandal !!
