Vinaigrette Handyman Recipe in Open Kitchen
Ingredients (2-4 people)
- 2 pig's trotters
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 scallion with the green part
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- Sherry vinager
- walnut oil
- olive oil
- 20 pepper balls
- 1-2 bay leaves
- chopped parsley
Elaboration of pork trotters with vinaigrette:
Put plenty of salt water, walnut oil, pepper balls, a couple of bay leaves, a head of garlic and the halved hands in half in the quick pot.
Cook for 30 minutes after the safety valve rises. Then let them cool.
Chop the green pepper, the red pepper and the scallion with its green part. Add salt and a dash of sherry vinegar.
Mix the vegetables with chopped parsley, olive oil, mustard and walnut oil.
