Recipe of Salad of buds, anchovies and dried tomatoes
Ingredients (4 people):
- 6 buds of Tudela
- 8 tomatoes dehydrated in oil
- 100 g fresh cheese
- 8 salted anchovies
- extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of the recipe Salad of buds, anchovies and dried tomatoes:
Drop the leaves of the buds, wash, dry and chop them to your liking. Place them in a large fountain.
Chop the tomatoes in small cubes and add them to the source.
Chop the anchovies in dice and spread them on the buds.
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add them.
Season the buds and tie them with oil and vinegar. It serves.
