- 200 g of noodles

- 4 quail eggs
- 1 tomato
- 2 cloves of garlic
- barley flour

To make the sauce, cut the tomato into small pieces and roll it in a pan with a little oil. Add a pinch of cinnamon, chopped mint, pour the soy milk and season.
