Farfale recipe with salmon and caviar

Ingredients

  • Ingredients (2 p.):
  • 250 g farfalle
  • 250 g of liquid cream
  • 120 g smoked salmon
  • 75 g herring roe
  • 75 g of salmon roe
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 tablet of fish stock
  • Water
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • oregano
  • parsley

Preparation of farfale recipe with salmon and caviar

Boil plenty of water to boil with a little salt and a pill of fish soup. When it boils, add the pasta and cook it for 5 minutes. Drain and reserve.

For the sauce, put the butter and cream in a saucepan. Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the herring roe and removes. Cut the smoked salmon into dice, add it to the sauce, cook a couple more minutes and reserve.

Serve the pasta in a deep dish and jump over. Sprinkle with salmon roe. Season with oregano and chopped parsley.
