Onion Rings Recipe with Tartar Sauce
Ingredients (2 people):
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of milk
- bread crumbs
- For the tartar sauce:
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 15 gr. of capers
- 25 gr. of small pickled gherkins
- 1 parsley branch
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
Preparation of the onion rings recipe with tartar sauce:
For the tartar sauce, drain and finely chop the capers and pickles. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and add the pickles and capers. Mix everything, add the chopped parsley and lemon juice, and mix everything again. Cover the container and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Peel and cut the onion In hoops. Put them to soak on a plate with milk. Drain and dry them. Season and pass them by breadcrumbs. Fry them in a pan with oil and remove them. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve the onion rings accompanied by the tartar sauce and decorate with parsley.
