Curd Cake Recipe
Ingredients (10 people):
- 8 curds
- 250 gr. of sugar
- 100 gr. of butter
- 100 gr. Of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- To decorate:
- icing sugar, currants, blueberries, blackberries and mint
Preparation of curd cake recipe:
Beat the eggs In a big bowl. Add the sugar And keep beating. It incorporates the curds and the Butter about to ointment (reserve a bit to spread the mold). Beat until a homogeneous dough is left. Add the flour little by little and mix with enveloping movements.
Grate the shell of a lemon, and add it to the dough together with a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well.
Spread the pan with the butter and pour the pie dough on top.
Warm up the oven and enter the 200 ° C for 45 minutes.
Let cool and unmold. To make it more presentable, turn it over again so that the roasted part is facing up.
Garnish with icing sugar, currants, blackberries, blueberries and mint.
If you want to curd and do not find sheep's milk, you can also use cow's milk, as long as it is whole.
