Pasta recipe with sweet chillies and duck gizzards
- -For four persons:
- 400 gr. of colored paste
- 20 pickled chillies
- 10 candied duck gizzards
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 glass of milk
- extra virgin Hojiblanca oil
- chopped parsley
Preparation of pasta recipe with sweet chillies and duck gizzards
Put Cook pasta in boiling water with a little salt and a splash of oil. Drain it, refresh it and reserve it.
Chop half of the chillies and fry them briefly in a pan with oil. Cut the gizzards into fillets and incorporate them into the pan. Jump and add the pasta.
